Ubytovací řád Penzion Cheveldon Bílichov

1. Penzion je oprávněn ubytovat pouze řádně přihlášeného hosta. Za tímto účelem předloží host příslušnému
pracovníkovi penzionu ihned po příchodu svůj platný občanský průkaz nebo cestovní pas, případně jiný platný
doklad o totožnosti.
2. Na základě potvrzené objednávky je penzion povinen hosta ubytovat od 14:00 do 21:00 hod. – do této doby
pokoj pro hosta rezervuje, není – li objednávkou určeno jinak.
3. Požádá – li host o prodloužení ubytování, může mu penzion nabídnout i jiný pokoj než ten, ve kterém byl
původně ubytován.
4. Host užívá pokoj po sjednanou dobu. Nebyla – li ubytovací doba předem sjednána, odhlásí host pobyt
nejpozději do 10:00 hod. posledního dne a do této doby je povinen pokoj uvolnit. Neučiní – li tak, je penzion
oprávněn účtovat mu pobyt za další den. V případě, že penzion má tento pokoj již dříve rezervovaný, a host
neuposlechne výzvy, či není v penzionu přítomen, vyhrazuje si penzion právo za účasti tříčlenné komise věci
hosta sepsat a uložit na bezpečném místě tak, aby pokoj mohl užívat host, který si jej rezervoval.
5. V pokoji a v prostorách penzionu nesmí host bez souhlasu vedení penzionu přemísťovat zařízení, provádět
jakékoliv zásahy do elektrické sítě nebo jiných instalací.
6. V penzionu a zvláště v pokoji není dovoleno hostu používat vlastní elektrické spotřebiče, toto se netýká
elektrických spotřebičů sloužících k osobní hygieně hosta (holících, případně masážních strojků, sušičů vlasů
apod.).
7. V pokoji může host přijímat návštěvy pouze se souhlasem příslušného pracovníka penzionu.
8. Host je povinen při odchodu uzavřít v pokoji vodovodní uzávěry, zhasnout v pokoji a jeho příslušenství světla
a uzavřít dveře a okna.
9. Hosté jsou odpovědni za škody způsobené na hotelovém majetku. Host hradí jím způsobenou škodu, pokud
neprokáže, že ji nezavinil. Tento nárok hotelu se vztahuje i na škodu, která je zjištěna až po odjezdu hosta.
10. Z bezpečnostních důvodů není vhodné ponechávat děti do 10-ti let bez dozoru dospělých v pokoji a
ostatních prostorách penzionu.
11. Psi a jiná zvířata mohou být v penzionu ubytována za případný poplatek.
12. Kouření je ve vnitřních prostorách penzionu přísně zakázáno.
13. V době od 22:00 hod. do 7:00 hod. host dodržuje noční klid, tj. neruší ostatní hosty ubytované v penzionu.
14. Za ubytování a další poskytnuté služby je host povinen zaplatit ceny v souladu s platným ceníkem při
příjezdu, není-li předem sjednáno jinak.

15. Host je povinen dodržovat ustanovení tohoto ubytovacího řádu. V případě, že je poruší, má penzion právo
od smlouvy o poskytnutí ubytovací služby odstoupit před uplynutím sjednané doby. Stížnosti hostů a případné
návrhy na zlepšení činnosti penzionu přijímá vedení penzionu.

4. The guest uses the room for the agreed time. If the accommodation time has not been agreed in advance, the
guest will check out by 10:00 on the last day at the latest and is obliged to vacate the room by this time. If he
fails to do so, the pension is entitled to charge him a stay for the next day. In the event that the pension has
previously booked this room and the guest does not obey the call or is not present at the pension, the pension
reserves the right, with the participation of a three-member commission, to write and store the guest’s
belongings in a safe place. booked.
5. In the room and in the pension premises, the guest may not move the equipment, make any changes to the
electrical network or other installations without the permission of the pension management.
6. In the pension and especially in the room, the guest is not allowed to use own electric appliances, this does
not apply to electric appliances used for the personal hygiene of the guest (shaving or massage machines, hair
dryers, etc.).
7. Guests may only receive visitors in the room with the agreement of the relevant pension employee.
8. The guest is obliged to close the water closures in the room, turn off the lights and its accessories in the room
and close the door and windows.
9. Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property. The guest pays for the damage caused by him, unless he
proves that he was not at fault. This claim of the hotel also applies to damage, which is discovered only after the
departure of the guest.
10. For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in
the room and other areas of the pension.
11. Dogs and other animals can be accommodated in the pension for extra charge.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pension.
13. Between 22:00 and 7:00 the guest keeps the night quiet, ie does not disturb other guests staying in the
pension.
14. The guest is obliged to pay the prices for accommodation and other services provided in accordance with the
valid price list upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

15. Complaints by guests and any suggestions for improving the pension ́s operations are accepted by the
pension management.
16. The guest is obliged to observe the provisions of these accommodation rules. In the event of violation, the
pension has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the
expiry of the agreed period.
